Join us with that special someone for a creative, four course dining experience unlike anything else in Bryan/College Station. This is our chance to step out of catering, and curate a menu that is seasonally inspired and likely something you may not have tried before.

First:

Chicken Liver Pate with Marinated Figs, Preserved Lemon Gel, Toasted Brioche Point and Smoked Fish Pate with Pickled Red Onion, Fried Capers, Toasted Brioche Point

Second:

Tomato, Peach Burrata Salad, Shaved Fennel, Crispy Proscuitto with Herbed Vinaigrette

Third:

Steak Frites – DC herb Roasted Beef Tenderloin and Beef Tallow Fried Potatoes, Roasted Garlic and Blue Cheese Aioli

Moroccan Spiced Dry Rubbed Seared Duck Breast, Farrow Tabouleh, Pickled Plums,  Plum Port Reduction
